I’m not sure who wrote it, but this is one of the best quotes I’ve read in a while. I haven’t met anyone yet that knows everything. Sometimes we may encounter those that believe they do. However, what they fail to realize is that humility goes much farther than arrogance. People are more apt to build relationships and hear from with someone that is good listener rather than a person that always has all of the answers. As a matter of fact, even if you know the answer, that doesn’t mean you always be the one to provide it. It’s a much better practice to give someone else a chance. Leaders who behave in this manner are more self-less and focus on empowering others rather than always trying to stealing the spotlight. Most people will recognize when you’re a leader and there will be no need to constantly remind them.
